Product Introduction
This controller is used for the opening and closing of the tarpaulin of the dump truck, it is a wide voltage controller, the voltage range of 12V-24V DC can be used. It controls a brushed DC permanent magnet gearmotor, and then drives the transmission system through the gearmotor to realize the opening and closing control function of the truck tarpaulin, in addition, the controller also has an overload protection function; Remote control function; Maximum running time limiting function; Real-time current display function; No-load protection function. Since the current at the start of the gearmotor is much greater than the current during operation, the overload protection current setting value is subdivided into the starting current value and the running current value, which realizes the precise control effect. The current protection setting value is adjusted steplessly according to the accuracy of 1 Amp/time, so that the control effect is more accurate.

SETTING UP
1. Current protection value setting: After powering on, press and hold the OFF button of the controller to enter the current protection setting A50 (expressed as the existing protection current of 50A). The ON button is incremented, the CLOSED button is decreased, short press the OFF button to switch settings, OR press and hold the OFF button to save the current protection value.
2. Maximum allowable running time setting: After powering on, press and hold the OFF button of the controller to enter the current protection setting A50, switch the setting b70 in the short press OFF button (expressed as 70 seconds for the existing time protection), The ON button is incremented, the CLOSED button is decreased, short press the OFF button to switch the setting, OR press and hold the OFF button to save the current time protection value. Note: The maximum protection time is set to 99 seconds. This setting value should be equal to or slightly less than the number of seconds that the tarpaulin runs from one end to the other.
Troubleshooting Methods
Fault | Possible Cause | Solution |
Control box can’t be powered on | Battery’s positive & negative poles are reversed | Switch to the correct wiring |
The fuse blew (Fuse 50A/100A) | Replace the fuse
When the ON or CLOSED button is pressed, the button light does not flash and is accompanied by a buzzer sound | There is a foreign body in the track | Clean up foreign body |
The chain is too tight | Adjust the chain tightness
The current value is set too small | Increase the current setting value appropriately to just enough to start
The remote control is unresponsive or intermittent | The remote control battery is depleted | Replace the battery |
The screen shows F01 | Motor failure | Replace the motor |
There is no connected load | Connect the motor
The motor connecting wires are loose | Tighten the connecting wires |
