Development History

Year 2003, March 13: General Manager Mr Chen Zheng and Vice General Manager Mr Wei Jianqiang founded Dongyang City Dongzheng Motor Co., Ltd.(DYD MOTOR).

Year 2003: The first product － car jack motor, is designed and produced.

Year 2004: The branch company－Shanghai Dongzheng Motor Co., Ltd., was founded.

Year 2005: DC motors for underwater pool cleaning robots are designed and produced.

Year 2006: All DYD MOTOR products gained CE, CCC and RoHS certificate.

Year 2009: Vice General Manager Mr Michael Ying joined the comany as one of shareholders.

Year 2009: DYD MOTOR got self-managerial import & export authority and founded International Sales Center in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province.

Year 2011: As the expansion of production scale, DYD MOTOR enlarged leased plant area.

Year 2013, December: The company moved to its own 3 plant buildings with total building area 13506 square meters.

Year 2014: The company entered into a new field of IP68 DC motor for automatic pool cover systems.

Year 2015, July: All DYD MOTOR products gain REACH certificate.

Year 2016: A worm gearbox manufacturing base was founded in Zibo, Shandong province.

Year 2017: The lawn mower motor projects have been formed in bulk.

Year 2019: The solar tracking motor projects have been formed in bulk.

Year 2020: The main brushed DC motors gained UL certificate.

Year 2020, December: The company name changed to ZHEJIANG DONGZHENG MOTOR CO., LTD.

Year 2021: The total untaxed sales in 2021 exceeded US$22 million.
