NdFeB Magnets

NdFeB magnets are mainly made from Neodymium, Iron, Boron, with excellent magnetic property, abundant raw material and reasonable prices, NdFeB magnets can be used as an ideal magnets in mini-motor, permanent magnet instrument, electronic industry, auto industry, petro-chemical industry, nuclear magnetic resonance, sound device magnetic suspension system,  magnetic transmission machine and magnetic therapy apparatus etc.. The disadvantage of NdFeB magnets is its weak corrosion and oxidation resistance. its surface usually is treated with some special methods. The surface treatment method  include Zinc, Nickel, Tin, Silver, Gold plating and phosphor and spray epoxy resin etc..   Magnetic Properties of Sintered NdFeB   Properties Remanence Coercive force Intrinsic coercive Maximum energy product Working     Br Hcb Force,Hcj (BH)max temp   No Grade KGs T KOe KA/m KOe KA/m MGOe KJ/m3 B/レ0H=-2       Nom. AlNiCo Magnets

AlNiCo describes a family of material, which is derived from a common base composition comprising of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and iron with varying additions of other elements. By varying the composition it is possible to tailor the magnetic properties to meet the needs of a wide variety of end use applications. There are two different manufacturing processes for AlNiCo: Cast AlNiCo can be made into many size and shapes, whereas Sintered AlNiCo is usually restricted to smaller sizes. However, both processes lead themselves to complex geometries and configurations. Standard Sintered AlNiCo has tighter dimensional tolerances due to its processing. It also has slightly lower magnetic properties, but better mechanical strength than Cast AlNiCo products which possess the lowest reversible temperature coefficient magnetism in permanent magnet materials have excellent working temperature up to 600°C. AlNiCo products are widely used in all kinds of meters and other application. SmCo Magnets

             As part of the rare earth group of permanent magnets, samarium cobalt (SmCo) magnets typically fall into two families of materials. They include rare earth Sm1Co5 and Sm2Co17 and are referred to as 1:5 and 2:17 materials. Samarium cobalt typically offers high energy products with excellent coercive (resistance to demag) forces. This makes samarium an excellent choice for small, compact designs where high temperature environments may be present.               Magnetic Properties of SmCo   Model Br Hcj Hcb (BH)max   mT KGs KA/m3 KOe KA/m3 KOe KJ/m3 MGOe OM16 750-880 7.5-8.8 >1989 >25 597+/-40 7.5+/-0.5 127+/-16 16+/-2 OM18 800-930 8.0-9.3 >1432 >18 637+/-40 8+/-0.5 143+/-16 18+/-2 OM20 850-980 8.5-9.8 >1273 >16 637+/-40 8+/-0.5 159+/-16 20+/-2 OMT18 900-1030 9.0-10.3 >1194 >15 637+/-40 8+/-0.5 143+/-16 18+/-2 OM22A 900-1030 9.0-10.3 >1989 >25 653+/-40 8.2+/-0.5 175+/-16 22+/-2 OM22B 900-1030 9.0-10.3 >1432 >18 635+/-40 8.2+/-0.5 175+/-16 22+/-2 OM24 980-1080 9.8-10.8 >1432 >18 676+/-40 8.5+/-0.5 191+/-16 24+/-2 OM26A 1000-1130 10.0-11.3 >1194 >15 716+/-40 9.0+/-0.5 207+/-16 26+/-2 OM26B 1000-1130 10.0-11.3 >796 >10 716+/-40 9.0+/-0.5 207+/-16 26+/-2 OM28 1030-1130 10.3-11.3 >1432 >18 756+/-40 9.5+/-0.5 223+/-16 28+/-2 OM27 1000-1100 10.0-11.0 413-556 5.2-7.0 357-516 4.5-6.5 183-223 26+/-2 OM30 1100-1200 11.0-12.0 454-597 5.7-7.5 438-517 5.5-6.5 239+/-16 30+/-2
